One Nation, One Consumer
National Integration is the awareness of a common identity amongst the citizens of a country. It means that though we belong to different castes, religions and regions and speak different languages — we recognise the fact that we are all one. This kind of integration is very important in the building of a strong and prosperous nation.
As consumers, we are all united by a common cause — the right to fair treatment, safe products, and honest service. Whether you are from Kanyakumari or Kashmir, whether you speak Tamil or Kashmiri — when a business defrauds you, it defrauds every Indian consumer. The Consumer Rights Organisation believes that a united consumer front is the most powerful force against exploitation.
Building a Consumer Nation
CRO's National Integration campaign aims to build a pan-India consumer movement that transcends regional, linguistic, and cultural boundaries. We work with community leaders, religious institutions, local governments, and civil society organisations across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories.
Our multilingual awareness programs — conducted in over 10 regional languages — ensure that every Indian consumer, regardless of where they live or what language they speak, understands their fundamental rights. A consumer who knows their rights is a consumer who is protected.
We Consumer Rights Organisation demand that the Government of India prioritise consumer protection as a national agenda — because protecting the consumer is protecting the nation.
“A united consumer is an empowered consumer. Together we stand — for justice, for rights, for India.”
